Veneers

A Smile Made for You

Veneers in Pattaya–Jomtien. Refine the shape and shade of your teeth with a treatment plan tailored to your smile.

More Than Whiter Teeth
A Smile in Harmony

Veneers are thin layers bonded to the front surfaces of teeth to improve their shape and shade, and sometimes close small gaps. Unlike orthodontics, veneers do not move teeth; they change their visible appearance.

Planned With 3D Scans

We consider your lips, facial features and skin tone as we plan your smile together.

OUR SERVICES

Choose Your Veneers

01

Composite Veneers

Easy to adjust, with minimal preparation where suitable

May stain or wear over time

Hand-layered: THB 3,000 per tooth

Injection-molded: THB 4,000 per tooth

Two Composite Techniques

Hand-layered: Your dentist applies tooth-colored material directly to the tooth, shapes it, cures it with a light and polishes the surface.

Injection-molded: The tooth shape is designed in advance. A clear mold guides the injection of composite into the planned shape before light curing and polishing.

Benefits: Lower cost than ceramic, with little or no tooth preparation in suitable cases, and easy to repair or modify. Hand-layered veneers can usually be completed in one visit, depending on your oral health and treatment plan.

Limitations: Composite can stain and wear over time and generally lasts less time than ceramic. Injection-molded veneers require around one week for design and mold preparation. Confirm your timeline with your dentist.

02

Ceramic Veneers

Stable color with a natural-looking translucency

Require several visits and are difficult to reverse

Indicative price: THB 12,000 per tooth

The teeth are prepared and reshaped as needed, then scanned for the laboratory to make the veneers. At the fitting, we check their fit, shape, shade and bite before bonding them with a veneer adhesive.

Benefits: More stable color, greater resistance to tea and coffee stains, natural-looking light reflection and greater strength than composite.

Limitations: Higher cost and at least two visits. Treatment is difficult to reverse: once enamel is removed, the original tooth surface cannot be restored. The exact number of visits depends on your plan.

SUITABILITY

Are Veneers for You?

Veneers May Help With

  • Uneven tooth color or whitening results that have not met your expectations
  • Minor chips, small fractures or uneven wear on front teeth
  • Small gaps between front teeth
  • Small front teeth or shapes that do not suit your facial proportions
  • Well-aligned teeth after orthodontics, but concerns about their shape or shade

What to Address First

  • Significant crowding or protrusion: consider orthodontics first, then veneers only on teeth that still need refinement.
  • Untreated gum inflammation or periodontal disease: have this treated first.
  • Deep decay or little remaining tooth structure: a crown may be more suitable.
  • Night-time grinding without a night guard: this can chip veneers.
  • Expectations of an unnaturally bright white shade: discuss a shade that complements your face.

If you hope to see changes within weeks rather than undertake longer orthodontic treatment, have your dentist assess you first. Veneers are not a substitute for orthodontics in every case, and individual treatment times cannot be guaranteed.

TREATMENT JOURNEY

Care at Every Step

01

Consultation & Design

An oral examination, digital scans and a smile plan created together.

02

Preparation & Trial Fit

Prepare your oral health, refine the design and check the planned shade and shape.

03

Bonding & Follow-up

Bond the veneers, check your bite and arrange ongoing care.

01 Consultation and Smile Design

We assess your teeth and gums, lip line when smiling, facial features and skin tone, and discuss the result you would like.

02 Digital Oral Scan

A digital scan records your teeth for designing and simulating the smile we have discussed.

03 Oral Health Preparation

While the design is prepared, we remove tartar and treat any decay. In some cases, teeth that will not receive veneers are whitened first so the final shades blend well.

04 Review Your Smile Design Online

The clinic shares a simulation of your new smile online. You discuss the shade and shape with your dentist so the design can be refined before treatment.

05 Tooth Preparation and Scan

Under local anesthesia, a thin layer of the front tooth surface is removed only as needed. We then scan the teeth for the laboratory and provide temporary veneers while the final ones are made, as required by your plan.

06 Trial Fitting and Final Bonding

We try the final veneers on your teeth so you can review the shade and shape. They are bonded permanently once you are happy with them.

07 Bite Check and Follow-up

We check that biting and chewing do not place pressure incorrectly on the veneers, then arrange follow-up visits.

Laboratory work and temporary veneers depend on the type of veneer and your individual plan. Confirm the steps that apply to you with your dentist.

An initial guide for planning is around 3–5 weeks and 3–6 visits. Confirm this with the clinic after your examination and choice of material.

Hand-layered composite veneers are usually completed in one day. Injection-molded veneers require around one week for design and mold preparation. The preliminary estimate for ceramic veneers is around 1–2 months. Confirm your specific timeline with your dentist before booking appointments or travel.

The duration and number of visits depend on the material, your oral health and your personal treatment plan.

AFTERCARE

Caring for Your Smile

01

Avoid biting hard objects with your front teeth

02

Brush, floss and have check-ups every six months

03

Wear your night guard as instructed

Tooth preparation is carried out under local anesthesia for comfort. You may feel vibration or pressure, but it is generally not painful.

After the anesthetic wears off, cold drinks or air may cause sensitivity, particularly while wearing temporary veneers. This usually improves gradually and may ease after the final veneers are bonded.

For the first few days after bonding, speech or biting may feel unfamiliar as you adjust to your new tooth shapes.

Do not bite hard objects with your front teeth, including ice, bones, nutshells, pens or nails. Do not use your teeth to open bottles or tear packaging, as this can chip veneers.

Ceramic resists stains better than composite, but nearby natural teeth can still stain. Tea, coffee, red wine and smoking may discolor the surrounding teeth and gumline, making the shades look less even.

Brush twice a day and floss regularly, sliding the floss out sideways rather than pulling it straight up. Attend oral health check-ups every six months to assess the veneer margins and gums.

If you grind your teeth, wear the night guard made by your dentist while sleeping. Grinding forces can fracture veneers without you noticing.

See your dentist promptly if you notice:

  • A chipped, cracked or loose veneer
  • Sensitivity lasting more than a week
  • An uneven bite
  • Swelling or bleeding around a veneer
FAQ

Common Questions

Lifespan depends on the material, how you use your teeth and your cleaning routine. Ceramic usually lasts longer than composite. Grinding without a night guard or biting hard objects with your front teeth can cause earlier damage.

Composite veneers have a one-month warranty and ceramic veneers a six-month warranty from completion, subject to the clinic’s terms. The warranty period is separate from their expected lifespan.

The amount of preparation depends on your existing teeth and desired result. Well-aligned teeth needing only minor changes to shade or shape may require very little preparation. Crowded teeth or larger changes may require more.

Once the tooth surface has been removed, it cannot be restored to its original state. Your dentist will explain the expected preparation during planning.

In many cases, whitening first is advisable because veneer shades do not change with whitening. If you plan to whiten your teeth later, it is better to reach your preferred shade first, then match the veneers, so the surrounding teeth do not become noticeably brighter.

This depends on how many teeth show when you smile fully. Most people show 6–10 upper teeth. Your dentist assesses your smile and recommends a number that blends naturally, rather than treating only the two front teeth and creating a visible shade difference.

This depends on the veneer type and your oral health. Hand-layered composite veneers are usually completed in one day. Injection-molded veneers require around one week for design and mold preparation. Ceramic veneers have a preliminary estimated timeline of around 1–2 months.

Confirm the duration and number of visits with the clinic for your plan. Share your dates in Thailand at the consultation so we can assess whether treatment can be completed within your trip before you book travel.
